Description

For me this painting represents those moments when I remind myself to stop the nonsense and focus on what’s here and now. It mostly relates to that slippery slope of over-thinking (or getting “hooked” as Dr Susan David put it) and making mountains out of mole hills. Over the years, it has become much easier to catch myself in the habit of over-dramatising.
